Ocean Pines has five pools, including one indoor pool open year-round and four outdoor pools open seasonally. The Aquatics Department offers swimming classes, lessons, aqua fitness, and special events geared to adults, children and families.Ocean Pines Pools

• Monday-Thursday: Members only from 6-10 a.m. Open to the public from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Friday: Members only from 6-10 a.m. Open to the public from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Saturday: Open to the public from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Sunday: Open to the public from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Daily Rates
Note: Non-swimmers also pay the daily rates below except at the Sports Core Pool. There is a facility-use fee of $3 for each non-swimmer entering this pool.
- Age 4 and under are free. 5 and older pay child rate.
- *Children 12 and older may come to the pool without an adult. According to the county, 12 is babysitting age so they may come with a younger sibling.
- *All outdoor pools are daily rate

The indoor Sports Core Pool Pool is open year-round. All pools close during thunder and/or lightning, including the indoor Sports Core Pool.

Weather policy
In the winter, the indoor Sports Core Pool may open late or close due to inclement weather. If Worcester County Public Schools are closed or open on a two-hour delay for snow or ice, the pool will open at 10 a.m. for all activities. If Worcester County Public Schools operate on a one-hour delay for any reason or a two-hour delay due to fog, the pool will open at its regularly scheduled time. In the event of more extreme snow or ice, it may be necessary to close the pool for the day or longer. Please visit Ocean Pines Aquatics on Facebook for the latest weather updates. Any aquatics classes missed due a delayed opening or closure will be made up.
Please note that all outdoor pools in Ocean Pines and the indoor Sports Core Pool close during thunder and/or lightning.

Pool Rules
Ocean Pines Pools Rules and Regulations (Sports Core Pool, Swim & Racquet Club Pool, Mumford's Landing Pool and Beach Club Pool)
- All patrons must register with the Facility Coordinator at the front desk before entering any pool areas. This includes all classes and programs, in addition to swim guests.
- Anyone under 11 years of age must be accompanied by a family member, guardian or babysitter age 12 or older.
- Pool access is allowed only when a lifeguard is on-duty.
- Personal conduct must be such that the safety of self and others is preserved.
- Appropriate bathing attire is required in the pool.
- Belongings left unattended on pool furniture for more than 2 hours are subject to being moved.
- Glass items, smoking & running are not allowed within or around pool facilities.
- No hanging on lane lines and break point line to deep area.
- Lap lane users are required to share lanes, "circle" swim. Use of lap lanes can be restricted to lap use only at the discretion of the lifeguard.
- Water guns, water soakers, balls and certain pool toys may be used at the discretion of the lifeguard.
- Each individual wearing a personal flotation device must be accompanied by an adult in the pool, within arm's reach.
- Electronic audio devices are permitted to be played through ear buds/earphones & kept at a low volume.
- Any incontinent person MUST wear a swim diaper in order to access pools. Each pool offers these for free if you do not have one.
- Pool closures may occur due to weather or bodily fluid accidents.
- Only food purchased from the Beach Club Bar & Grille may be brought into the Beach Club Pool. This does not include ice or water.
- Anyone using our facility must pay the entrance fee unless they are a parent who is there for a swim lesson or program their child is enrolled in. Adult $10 resident fee, $8 children, adult $15 non-resident fee, $13 children. Age 4 and under are free.
- The use of recording devices of any kind are prohibited in all restroom & adjoining areas.
- Private facility areas are limited to restroom, changing & showering activities.
- Only flotation devices worn on the body are permitted on the slide.
- Diaper changing is not allowed at poolside. Please use the changing tables located in the restrooms.
- When using the slide at Sports Core Pool, one person on the steps at a time. One rider at a time down the slide. Proceed down slide feet-first only.
- Only service dogs allowed on pool deck.
- Beach chairs and boogie boards are at the discretion of the Aquatics Staff.
- All guests must shower before entering the pool.
- Please know the depth of the pool prior to getting in – "FEET-FIRST, FIRST-TIME." Don't risk your neck by diving in.

- Each individual wearing a personal flotation device must be accompanied by an adult in the pool, within arm’s reach. No back floats, bubbles, rings, or one-sided flotation devices are permitted. Flotation devices, unless USCG approved life jackets or noodles, are prohibited.
- Entry to the pool must be way of steps or ladders.
- Electronic audio devices are permitted to be played through ear buds/earphones & kept at a low volume.
- Any incontinent person MUST wear a swim diaper in order to access pools. Each pool offers these for free if you do not have one.
