(Feb. 14, 2025) The latest episode of the Ocean Pines Association’s exclusive podcast, PinesCast, features an interview with Karen Adcock, treasurer of the Pine Tones community chorus and a longtime Ocean Pines resident.

Hosted by journalist and podcaster Tony Russo, PinesCast highlights the people, stories and amenities that make Ocean Pines a unique place to live. The podcast is available on all major platforms and features TidalHealth as the official health care sponsor.

In this episode, Adcock shares her journey to Ocean Pines in 2009, a move sparked by her desire to care for her mother, Audrey Mendenhall, a well-known local real estate broker.
