Republic Services adds extra leaf collection days for Ocean Pines Community

( November 8, 2024) To help control leaf debris throughout the community, Republic Services has scheduled additional leaf collection events for Ocean Pines residents. The collected leaves will be taken to a local facility for composting.

Residents are asked to place leaves in paper bags weighing 35 pounds or less, as plastic bags will not be accepted. These additional leaf collection events are in supplement to regular yard waste services.

Leaf Collection Schedule:

November 9 – North Side Collection
November 16 – South Side Collection
November 23 – North Side Collection
December 7 – South Side Collection
December 14 – North Side Collection
December 21 – South Side Collection

Please note that yard waste should not be placed in recycling containers, as it can contaminate recycling loads.
