Highlights from Feb. 4 OPA Board meeting

(Feb. 4, 2021) Video for the Feb. 4 special Ocean Pines Association Board meeting is now available online.            

The meeting was held virtually using Microsoft Teams. 

The lone agenda topic during the meeting was a B-08 report by Association Vice President Collette Horn, and Horn prepared the following statement: 

“A complaint was submitted by an employee about a board member. Colette Horn brought the complaint forth to the Board under Resolution B-08 on Tuesday January 26th. A thorough investigation of the complaint was conducted by OPA Counsel. The Board met in closed session on 1/29/21 to consider the complaint and review the results of the investigation. After reviewing the complaint and the results of the investigation the Board found that there was no violation of Resolution B-08.”
