Video release: Feb. 22, 2025 regular OPA Board meeting

(Feb. 24, 2025) Video for the Feb. 22, 2025 regular Ocean Pines Association Board meeting is now available online.

The meeting was held both in the Clubhouse Meeting Room and virtually using Microsoft Teams.

During the meeting, General Manager John Viola gave his monthly GM report, followed by a treasurer’s report by Monica Rakowski.

Also during the meeting, Board members unanimously approved the fiscal year 2025-2026 budget, commended the Teal Bay Mitzvah Team for their charitable endeavors, and instructed the General Manager to prepare estimates and information for a dedicated meeting room.
