Video release: Jan. 25, 2025 regular OPA Board meeting

(Jan. 25, 2025) Video for the Jan. 25, 2025 regular Ocean Pines Association Board meeting is now available online.

The meeting was held both in the Clubhouse Meeting Room and virtually using Microsoft Teams.

During the meeting, General Manager John Viola gave his monthly GM report, followed by a treasurer’s report by Monica Rakowski.

Also during the meeting, Board members voted to approve revisions to Resolution M-09 (Search Committee) and approved creation of the "Ocean Pines Good Neighbor Program" to be overseen by the Communications Committee.
