Highlights from Feb. 20 OPA Board meeting

Video for the Feb. 20 regular Ocean Pines Association Board meeting is now available online.          
 
The meeting was held virtually using Microsoft Teams.  
 
During the meeting, the Board approved the fiscal year 2021-2022 budget by a 6-1 vote and set the basic annual assessment at $996. That represents a $10 increase over the prior year.
