Trash collection to start earlier in July and August

(June 30, 2023) In anticipation of soaring temperatures during the upcoming summer months, Republic Services, is implementing proactive measures to safeguard the well-being of its trash collection crews.

The company has made the decision to commence trash collection services earlier in the mornings throughout July and August, starting at 6:30 a.m.

In accordance with established procedures, residents are reminded to place their trash and recycling curbside the previous evening.

By initiating early collection times, the company aims to minimize the potential risks associated with extreme temperatures, while maintaining its high-quality and reliable waste management services.
