Sign-up for the Annual Ocean Pines Racquet Sports Charity Event
 (Pickleball, Tennis and Platform Tennis Players)

Date:    Friday, May 29;  Rain date- Saturday, May 30

Charity:  The Breast Cancer Research Foundation (4 out of 4 star rating)
Cost:   Registration fee is $10 This will cover the cost of food, prizes, and all-day play. Due at the time of sign up. Please make checks out to O.P.T.C.
Optional Donation: Check for amount of your choosing, written to Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF). Due by the day of the tournament (may be paid ahead). If you can’t participate in the tournament, but would like to donate, give your check to the racquet center.

Format:     Participants may play one, two or all three racquet sports –
Pickleball, Tennis and Platform Tennis. Sign up for the one you want to play first.

Schedule:       8:30–9:15am:  Check-in, light breakfast
9:15 Group photograph
9:30-11:45 Play for Charity

11:45 Drawings for door prizes, lunch and free play of any/all racquet sports.
