VENDOR OPPORTUNITIES

Artist and Crafters, you’re invited to participate as a vendor at the 2015 Ocean Pines Farmers Market.  The market is becoming a Saturday morning cultural centerpiece to the Maryland Eastern Shore community by embracing artisan market vendors.  Alongside the traditional farmers market vendors, shoppers now look for artisans selling jewelry, beading, metalwork, photography, paintings, leather goods, carved wood pieces, textiles and other products from crafters and artists.

For vending information contact Market Manager David Bean atflavordrizzles@gmail.com or 410-251-6383

OCEAN PINES’ GOLF MANAGEMENT

There will be a public meeting held to provide the Members the opportunity to hear from three companies (Billy Casper Golf, Landscapes Unlimited, and Haley/Marshall) on Saturday, February 14 from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm at the Ocean Pines Golf and Country Club.  The course is open and ready to provide a positive golf experience. The Ocean Pines course is in excellent condition and the ongoing management of the course will be focused on maintaining that high level of product and customer service.

In accordance with a 2014 fourth quarter check, the Board is reviewing the success of the course in terms of course condition, player experience, and financial status. Evaluations and discussions regarding the future management of the course are ongoing.

It is the intent of the OPA to honor any and all commitments made during this evaluation time. Golf tee times and golf package reservations can be made with the assurance the course will be under quality management and ready for play.
