  Ocean Pines Association – This Week in the Pines!

 THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR SEASON BRIGHT! Thank you to everyone who came out and participated in one of many ways possible in Ocean Pines’ 3rd Annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony and Old Fashion Christmas Celebration!  Now What?  The Trees are Lit!  Enjoy a festive stroll through White Horse Park day or night by the lights.  We have sponsored trees, a children’s tree garden and festive decorative light displays throughout.  Trees and Displays will remain lit until after the New Year!  The Ocean Pines Community Center is open daily.  Stop by and visit the Recreation and Parks staff and ask about new winter classes, programs, bus trips, swim lessons just posted in the Winter Activity Guide.

Pine Tones Chorus Christmas Concert

Join the Pine Tones Chorus as it presents “Traditions of Christmas,” a festive musical concert featuring selections such as “O Holy Night,” Handel’s “Hallelujah Chorus,” the theme song from Babes in Toyland and “Christmas Gifts” from the musical A Wonderful Life.  A special arrangement of “Jingle Bells Through the Ages” includes visits from the Andrews Sisters in boogie-woogie and an Elvis-style solo in hard rock.  Refreshments will be served following the concert.


Ocean Pines Anglers Club Monthly Meeting

Saturday, Dec. 14   9:30 am

The speaker at this monthly meeting will be professional bass angler Jim Short, whose accomplishments since the year 2000 include 42 top-ten finishes, 11 Angler of the Year awards and qualifying for the National Championship six times.  All are welcome and canned goods or donations will be accepted to help support Diakonia.


Pine’eer Craft and Gift Shop

Boat Club “The Festival of the Boats” Parade

Summer 2014
