The speaker at this monthly meeting will be David Blazer, former executive director of the Maryland Coastal Bays National Estuary Program and most recently deputy director of harbor development for the Maryland Port Administration.  He was also recently appointed as the new Maryland Department of Natural Resources Director of Fisheries.  He will address fisheries legislation, regulations and other issues of interest.  Attendees are reminded to bring food items or money for Diaknoia.  All welcome.
