New Vendor This Week – Artist jewelry designer Vicki Magin, also known as “The Bead Lady,” is bringing her handcrafted bead jewelry to your Ocean Pines Farmers Market. Colorful objects and shapes become part of a new story as Vicki stitches beads, one at a time, to a gold or silver base. The fun-to-fancy jewelry is born spontaneously as the beads and the designer’s imagination dictate the design. The Bead Lady’s expressive collections include bracelets, necklaces, earrings and personalized rings. From casual to dress up, The Bead Lady has the perfect beaded jewelry piece for you! (The Bead Lady will be at the April 5 and April 26 markets, then every Saturday beginning May 3.)
Meet Me at the Market Series – Join Ocean Pines Farmers Market vendors in this special series of crafting and cooking demonstrations held during the weekly market. On April 12 at 10:00 am, Ami Reist from Little Miss Lovely will be conducting a terrarium workshop. The cost for materials, plants and containers is $10 for a mason jar terrarium and $20 for an apothecary jar terrarium. Please RSVP by April 5 to 410-641-7717 ext. 3006 or email@example.com.
