On April 12, Ami Reist from Little Miss Lovely will be the featured vendor in the “Meet Me at the Market” series. She will be conducting a terrarium workshop. The cost for materials, plants and containers is $10 for a mason jar terrarium and $20 for an apothecary jar terrarium. Also, due to its growing popularity, the Ocean Pines Farmers Market will extend its operating hours beginning May 3. It will be open from 8 am to 1 pm, a change from its current hours of operation of 8 am to 12 noon. The market will continue to be held on Saturdays at White Horse Park, located at 239 Ocean Parkway in Ocean Pines.
The current fall and winter market will be open from 8 am to 12 noon through April 26. In conjunction with the Easter/Spring Celebration & Easter Egg Hunt at White Horse Park on April 19, it will be open until 2 pm. Going forward, the Ocean Pines Farmers Market will operate year-round from 8 am to 1 pm.
