Berry Festival – This week’s market will showcase everything berry! It’s early summer on Delmarva, which means ripe, juicy berries – perfect for pies, jams and other treats – are making an appearance. Market shoppers will find the season’s freshest berries as well as berry products including baked goods, candles, soaps and much more.
“Meet Me at the Market” Series – This Saturday, June 21, meet under the pavilion at 9:30 am and celebrate summer with a free outdoor yoga session! Certified yoga therapist Kristin Quinn will be leading an introductory therapeutic flow session that will allow you to release tension, center and energize! All skill levels are welcome. On June 28, join The Country Peddler from 10 am to 12 noon for a silk flower arrangement workshop. Bring your own container and receive personal instructions from Terry on how to create a beautiful arrangement. Stems will be available for purchase. “Chef@Market” Series – This Saturday, June 21, Chef Jan Sklar will once again be firing up the grill for an outdoor cooking demonstration. This week will feature grilled summer vegetables. Join Chef Jan as she shares her cooking techniques at this free event.
