This Week at the Ocean Pines Farmers & Artisans Market: Aug. 13

At this Saturday’s market we’ve got a red hot summer line-up of special events and happenings. Our Paws & Whiskers Celebration returns with a day full of kitten and puppy fun, including a pet costume parade and the Worcester County Sheriff’s K-9 unit. Sweet Steel is taking the market stage with great island music. Our resident chef Maggie is in the Marketplace Open-Air Kitchen and the green market is brimming with the bounty of an August harvest. This is where your Saturday begins, at the Ocean Pines Farmers & Artisans Market.

  • August 18 Sweet Steel – Steel Drum Island Music
  • September  1 Hot Salsa – Latin Music
  • September 8 Crayola Six Strings – Smooth Guitar Sounds

  • August 18 Chef Maggie Haren –  Healthy Home Cooking for Your Dog

Do you love the Ocean Pines Market? We’re on the hunt for several market gurus to volunteer on Saturdays from 7 am – 2 pm. You’ll be helping shoppers find their way around, answering questions at our Market Information Booth or staffing our Vendor Services Booth and of course picking up your market shopping for the week. We are now booking our Community Corner for the fall of 2018. The market welcomes community groups, non-profits and civic organizations to our free Community Corner spaces. Build your membership, raise funds or hold a demonstration. To learn more, contact us at
