Spring Ushers in Bargain-Hunting Flea Market in Ocean Pines

A new crop of community-wide yard sales and flea markets is popping up around Delmarva.

One of the largest seasonal indoor/outdoor flea markets is scheduled for Saturday, April 14, from 8 a.m. to noon at the Ocean Pines Community Center, located at 235 Ocean Parkway.

Bargain shoppers and treasure enthusiasts will be able to shop gently used clothing, children’s items, household items, collectibles, delectable food and much more.

“This year promises to be just as well-attended as last,” said Ocean Pines Marketing and Public Relations Director Denise Sawyer. “Admission is free for shoppers and the event is open to the public.” Vendor spaces are NO LONGER available.

Shoppers are also encouraged to visit the Ocean Pines Farmers and Artisans Market for fresh produce, baked goods, meats and gourmet pantry and artisan-crafted items.

The farmers and artisans market, which will take place in conjunction with the indoor/outdoor flea market, is open to the public and located at White Horse Park, 239 Ocean Parkway.
