  • Community Center Gym Floor Replacement

    The Community Center Gym floor has been replaced. The gymnasium was reopened Wednesday, January 18.  

  • Sports Core Pool Renovation 2016

    Board Approval Date: February 25, 2016 Project Start Date: July 10, 2016 Projected End Date: September 10, 2016

    The Sports Core Indoor Pool will receive a renovation of the pool and the deck area and will receive some enhancements that will make this facility’s experience a lot better. Stay tuned as we update this page with the progress. Continue reading

  • Mumford’s Landing Pool and Deck 2015

  • Marina Fuel Pump Replacement 2014

    Ocean Pines Marina will receive new gas pumps for fueling boats at the marina dock station located at Mumford’s Landing and near the Ocean Pines Yacht Club. Continue reading

  • Swim and Racquet Pool Resurfacing 2015

  • Golf Course Greens Project 2013

    Completed May 2013. If you have not visited, you should reserve a tee time at the Ocean Pines Golf and Country Club in Ocean Pines, MD. Managed by Billy Casper Golf, the community took on a project to renovate all 18 greens. The course looks spectacular.   • White Horse Park Boat Ramps Replacement 2014

    Board Approval Date: September 27, 2014 Project Start Date: January 1, 2015 Projected End Date: April 15, 2015

    Fisher Marine began the project in January 2015 and the Boat Ramps will continue to be closed during construction. This project replaces the existing boat ramps and piers in White Horse Park off Beauchamp Road in Ocean Pines. Project includes: the replacement of the two existing boat ramps; replacement of 3 existing piers with one new pier and a temporary berthing dock (for boats waiting to use the ramps); installation of a new vinyl bulkhead and the construction of a concrete pier with a gangway and floating dock.   • Marina Gas Tanks Relocation 2013

    The fuel tanks had to be relocated when we started construction on the new Yacht Club facility. The old tank structure was demolished, tanks relocated, tanks refilled, the final piping and electrical work were completed. We erected a new temporary Marina Building at the end of the dock and made final preparations for fuel sales by August 2013.

  • New Yacht Club Pool 2013

    Ribbon Cutting Ceremony held August 8, 2013.

    A new pool was constructed at the Yacht Club Facility just before and sometimes during the construction of the new Yacht Club facility. Some of the construction photos can be seen on the Yacht Club Project page. The pool is pretty much the same foot print as the original pool and not quite as deep. A ribbon cutting for the new pool was held on August 8, 2013. Continue reading
