The Ocean Pines Chamber of Commerce has announced the results of the third annual Ocean Pines Car Show & Parade held on Sunday, August 16. People’s Choice and Best in Show trophies were awarded, as well as first, second and third place trophies in several categories.
The parade through Ocean Pines was led by the Ocean Pines Police Department with Neighborhood Watch volunteers helping to organize the participants and direct traffic. The Kiwanis Club of Ocean City/Ocean Pines provided food and local businesses displayed during the car show event at Veteran’s Memorial Park including Ocean Resorts Golf Club and the Casino at Ocean Downs, who were trophy sponsors, John’s Ice Cream Truck and a live remote from 97.1 The Wave. Other trophy sponsors included Berlin Automotive Group and Pohanka of Salisbury.
The Ocean Pines Chamber of Commerce also thanks the Ocean Pines Association, the Ocean Pines Police Department and Neighborhood Watch and media partners The Courier, WMDT ABC/47, Adams Radio and the Delmarva Broadcasting Company.
