New Yacht Club Food and Beverage Director Hired

 

After many interviews and much deliberation The Ocean Pines Association is proud to announce the selection of our new Yacht Club Manager, Jerry Lewis.  Jerry possesses over 20 years of food & beverage management experience in restaurants as well as hotels and resorts.

Jerry graduated from Salisbury University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Business and Political Science.  Jerry’s comprehensive experience in food and beverage management, property management, budgeting, cost control and human resources will provide a strong foundation to enable him to successfully run the operations of the Ocean Pines Yacht Club.

Jerry previously served as the director of food and beverage for both the Princess Royale and Conference Center in Ocean City and Wyndham Hotels and Resorts in New Jersey.  He most recently served as the manager of the Ocean City Brewing Company.  His experience with local eating establishments and resorts makes him the ideal candidate to manage the food and beverage operations in Ocean Pines.

As the new Yacht Club manager Jerry will oversee budgeting, day-to-day staff supervision, banquet and catering operations and quality control of all aspects of dining room activity. Jerry says his focus will be to manage the club efficiently and profitably while maintaining its appeal to the diversity of Ocean Pines.
