The Ocean Pines Farmers Market is pleased to announce the addition of the new event series “Meet Me at Market” to its schedule.
“Meet Me at Market” will feature local speakers, craftsman, chefs and artisans. The first in this series begins with Ami Reist from Little Miss Lovely, who will be offering a holiday wreath-making workshop on Dec. 14 at 10:30 am at the pavilion in Ocean Pines’ White Horse Park.
Guests at the workshop will be given materials to make their own holiday wreaths and will receive instruction from Reist, who operates the event design, styling and floral studio Little Miss Lovely in Berlin. Little Miss Lovely is currently showcasing a selection of holiday wreaths, swags, garlands and arrangements at the market.
The cost of the workshop is $15 per wreath, which includes a variety of fresh evergreens and wreath forms. Participants are asked to bring sharp scissors, clipping shears, any dried elements they would like added to the wreath and ribbon to make a bow. Registration is limited to 15 on a first-come basis.
