Can I use a credit card to register for programs?
Yes! The Ocean Pines Recreation and Parks Department accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. The Recreation and Parks Department does not charge a convenience fee. Cash and checks are also accepted.

When do the Activity Guides come out?
Activity Guides are published three times a year. The spring/summer guide covers programs from April to August. The fall guide covers programs from September to December and the winter guide lists activities scheduled from late December to April. Activity Guides are mailed to all property owners and residents in Ocean Pines. They are also available at the Recreation Department and the Administrative offices in White Horse Park.

Will I receive a refund if I cancel my registration?
Your satisfaction is important to us.  A full refund is automatic when classes are already filled or minimum enrollment is not met.  Refunds may also be given in the event of unavoidable scheduling conflicts, personal emergencies, or dissatisfaction.  All refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be pro-rated.  A full refund will also automatically be given for bus trips if the trip is canceled or already filled.  No refunds for special events or tickets (amusement parks, movie theater, sports events or bus trips) will be given for any other reason.  Refund requests may be subject to a 10% administrative fee.  Please allow 21 days for processing.

Can I bring food and drink into the pools?
You can bring in your own food and drinks to the Swim and Racquet Club Pool, Sports Core Pool, and Mumford’s Landing Pool. You cannot bring in your own food, drinks or coolers to the Oasis Pool or Beach Club Pool. Only water is allowed in these pools; food is available for purchase. No alcohol or glass containers are allowed at any pool.
