For ages 18 and up. This program offers a high-intensity workout that will improve your stroke technique in order to allow you to become a more efficient swimmer. Incorporates the latest competitive drill techniques to build both your endurance and overall aerobic fitness level. Must be familiar with basic front crawl, backstroke, breaststroke and be very comfortable in the water. Membership in U.S. Masters is optional.
